StylHer Curvy Order, Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy


All StylHer Curvy orders must be paid in full before processing begins. Orders are not confirmed, prepared, shipped, customized, or released until payment has been successfully received and approved.


Unpaid, declined, pending, or incomplete payments may result in order cancellation. Merchandise is not held or reserved until payment is complete.


All custom tie orders are final sale. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, returned, or exchanged.


Due to the custom nature of these items, StylHer Curvy does not accept returns or exchanges on custom ties unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact StylHer Curvy within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Photos or other proof of damage or defect may be required before any resolution is approved.


StylHer Curvy reserves the right to review all damage or defect claims before offering a replacement, repair, store credit, or other resolution. Items that have been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
